Supercraft Aerospace Engineering

Supercraft is one of the most trusted precision aerospace engineering companies in the UK. Established in 1982, Supercraft delivers engineering excellence as a tier one supplier to the largest names in the global aviation industry, including Airbus, BAE Systems and AugustaWestland. Supercraft's head office and 48,000 sq ft engineering facility reside in Byfleet, Surrey.

Byfleet employs over 145 skilled staff and has facilities available to carry out most engineering, fabrication, assembly, heat treatment, surface treatment, testing and inspection procedures on site. Supercraft also operates an extensive new facility in Brough, on the banks of the Humber, East Yorkshire, part of the government's Humber Enterprise Zone. Supercraft quality is endorsed by an extensive range of industry approvals and NADCAP accreditation in accordance with SAE Aerospace Standard AS7003 for non-destructive testing, chemical processing and heat treatment, together with AS9100 aerospace quality assurance for operations management.

Continued Expansion for Brough

Since opening the Brough facility in mid 2013, the company has gone from strength to strength, with plans to develop Brough into a self contained engineering facility.

Supercraft has recently commissioned a pre-weld cleaning facility and aquired NADCAP approval for Non-Destructive Testing, with NADCAP welding approval planned for beginning of 2017. BSI AS9100 dual site approval has also been obtained and Supercraft is looking to develop spot & seam welding capability and a treatments & paint facility for Brough later this year.
