Supercraft has established itself as a company capable of Project Management, as opposed to simply component supply.

We have therefore established planning, buying, stores and manufacturing systems to enable us to produce complex Multi-level assemblies and Multi-component kits.


The Business Management Computer System “Rapid Response Manufacturing” is currently used by Supercraft. This product is a market leader in the U.S.A. and, having been in use since 1983, is well proven.

RRM is now fully installed and integrates the whole of our business operation. Production Planning will define every stage of manufacture, down to the lowest component level, including any tooling requirements.

Once established the total programme requirements, including Bill of Materials, Tooling, Programming and all component routing are created on RRM. This provides the capability to plan, schedule and monitor every aspect. RRM gives us the ability to:

· Project detail capacity demand

· Project lead time at point of order

· Project completion dates of all orders

· Schedule to finite capacity total order book

· Integrate purchasing demand to specific production operations
