Our new OMAX Waterjet Machining Centre is an extremely versatile machine.

Virtually any material, laminate or composite can be cut, regardless ofhow hard, brittle or tough. Thicknesses from 0.2mm up to 150mm (or in some cases thicker) can be processed.
Parts up to 2.5m by 1.4m (100” by 55”) are possible.
Thinner materials can be stacked for greater productivity.
This is a cold cutting process which will not create any heat, therefore not produce any distortion, heat affected zone or change the materials properties.
Minimal cutting force acts on the material resulting in no mechanical stress or distortion.
The abrasive jet produces a cut edge with satin finish and minimal burr, reducing the need for further finishing operations.
The fine jet allows highly intricate shapes to be cut without the need for additional tooling and resultant protracted lead times.
Process speed and minimal setup lends itself to small or large production runs.
Positional accuracy of +/- 0.05mm on smaller parts, +/- 0.127 on large parts
General machining tolerance of +/- 0.1mm.
Tilting head eliminates the taper associated with most waterjet cutting machines.
Integrated programming and operating software simplifies operation and reduces lead time.
