Quality Policy
Our objective is Zero Defect. We have a quality system approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100. Also many company approvals BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Westlands, Honeywell, Thales, TRW Lucas Aerospace.
To ensure the continuous improvement in quality, we eliminate potential errors from all departments with a Closed Loop Feedback Procedure. All personnel are involved in maintaining our very high quality standards. This enables us to achieve Ship to Stock Status and Direct Feed to customer production including JIT and Kanban supply.
Our quality Department is equipped with an Eley Truth Active CMM Interfaced to CAD/CAM measuring Machine Mitutoyo PJ2500 Projector and General Purpose Inspection Equipment. With our NDT Department using Florescent Dye Crack Detection Equipment, Vickers Hardness Testing, Conductivity Testing, Pressure Testing up to 6000 psi and Hounsfield Computerised Tensile Testing, it provides us with a very broad range of inspection equipment.
All our production personnel are approved operators. All finished components are
subject to final inspection. Statistical Process Control Techniques can be used if
required where customers would like FAIR's On-
